So I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro, and I've now tried Metrotube and Youtube Art, neither of which are allowing me to play videos in full 1080p. Both say they support it, but the max it's allowing me to go up to is 720p. Does anyone else have this issue? Anyone know how to fix it? Edit - I attached...
