It won't make a repair disc but I made N ISO that will not only boot but it should repair it. Also like I said the link... MS seem to make you jump through hoops.:rolleyes:

I made a CD and can also use it to repair my OS. Yes I said it. Repair. I download the ISO and made a clean install from the upgrade. Also that link I posted will male your USB. Boot from the CD drive as well.

I can always burned to a CD on to a disk, and enables it to boot to a USB drives. hopefully enough people complain to MS And Maybe they Can Either Send Us A CD Or Have An Update. Thanks:)

I updated to windows 8.1 for a test drive. My windows store apps work now which is good and so far have not seen any problem just yet. However, if I do encounter a problem and need to use my repair disc. Will it work with a windows 8 repair disc? Note: can not use a recover because my bios...

You Shouldn't Have A Problem Installing Windows 8 On The Other PC But Yes You Will Have To Purchase Another Product Key.
