This probably does not work on your equipment. Guys, got to remember this is the Aplha version...Not even Beta. These devices have very specail drivers for them. Heck, even in Win 7 these machines can be difficult when a driver is mis behaving. I'm sure in a month or two, Win 8 will work fine...

Don't think so Win 8, per say, does not. You can click on your desktop tile and find it in the Win 7 view. I'm sure later versions will have it. Sorry to hear this was unstable for you.

Print screen SHOULD work when you dump it in paint. While working in VS 2011 developer with the metro JS apps, the dubug output does not. Probably a minor issue in the win 8 platform. It works elswhere. I will have screenshots though, no worries :)

I went through the link you provided. I'm certainly on the right track. These things are kind of buried...Took me a few to wrap my mind around the logic. I can make custom tiles, splash screens and logos now within my apps. Just a matter of finding where things are stored. Great read!!
