Windows 8 Task Manager loading time

Well, the first time opening tskmgr after each boot, it takes like ~10 secs to pop up which is enormously annoying. I said I don't update to 8.1 due to several reasons (8.1 might autofix this, but dunno)

Windows 8 Task Manager loading time

I'm using Windows 8 Enterprise x64 and not 8.1 due the simple fact that I don't like that start button.

Windows 8 Task Manager loading time

Done everything you said, did not do the trick. Apparently, this is a general problem with Windows 8, so there is nothing to do for it. Thank you anyway.

Windows 8 Task Manager loading time

Here you go. PS: I have just scanned the computer with SpyHunter 4 and the only "threat" it found was a stupid ad toolbar.

Windows 8 Task Manager loading time

Ironically again, my system is up-to-date and I'm 200% sure there is no malware because I'm very wary with downloading stuff on the internet.

Windows 8 Task Manager loading time

Alright, I have an inquiry about the Windows 8 tskmgr loading time. Whenever I press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, it takes AGES to pop up.Usually between 10 and 20 seconds. This happens after every boot and is very frustrating. What is the cause of this and is there a solution? Thanks

UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows

I gave it a shot and I'm also able to install Windows 8 in UEFI while the thumb drive is formatted in NTFS MBR. To be honest, I unknowingly installed it with these settings a few days ago.

UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows

Thanks for the info, apparently this ISO was a kind of the integrated ISOs, therefore I got rid of it and got a legit copy of Win8 x64 Pro only and could install Windows in UEFI. Issue solved :P

UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows

That's because it's x86 + x64 in one ISO Any way to seperate them?

UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows

OK, so over here I got a Windows 8 x64 Pro ISO of approx 6,4GB and whenever I want to create a bootable USB Flash Drive (UEFI), rufus tells me that the file size cannot exceed 4GB because of the FAT32 restriction. What do I do in this case? Formatting the flash drive in NTFS won't do anything...

Solved How to find installed programs

Alright, this might sound as a stupid question, but I'm not able to find some of my installed programs (neither in Metro nor with the searching function at the top right corner). The only way I can find 'em is by going to the installed location. e.g. µtorrent Thanks in advance.
