When playing league of legends i kinda experince fps drop in clashes But note i have 4gb ram and gt 430 vcard

It only have 2 options either auto or single core. But when i try to switch on single task manager shows 1 core 1 logical. when on auto 1 core 2 logical. Or maybe this is a bug or something. What do you think is the problem

every start up my desktop icons keeps re arranging it bugs me. how do i stop this madness
