Well unfortunately I was unable to find solution for this. Hence I booted up fedora live cd and backed up all data and reinstalled windows again. Now its working fine. I would say windows update installed non compatible driver for one of my devices causing usb driver corruption.

You were right all along the blame on video driver is correct. It was due to bad driver install due to old driver left overs. I did a clean uninstall of my nvidia driver using driver cleaner. Did a fresh install with 326.80 driver again and now no BSOD at all. Thank you for your help really...
