This is the first time this has happened I renewed my Kaspersky yesterday to total internet security version that's the only thing new I've done.

I just fully upgraded my 8.1 retail version and now have the box in the bottom right hand corner which says get windows 10. If I accept the upgrade, will my retail license for 8.1 be locked to windows 10 home version? Will I still have full use of my 8.1 discs and license key? The reason I ask...

I used macrium reflect free version, to backup my present image to an external usb hard drive. The present drive is a Samsung 500GB. drive with about 27-28 GB. used on it will it be alright to install my backup image on my new, Intel 240GB SSD. drive when it arrives today? or will I suffer any...

I downloaded the 64 bit free version of Macrium Reflect to use to clone from my Samsung SSD to an Intel SSD. My question is, do I need to do anything to the new Intel SSD straight from the box, or should it be ready to clone to as is? Thanks! :)

I sometimes quite often actually, click on a link and get re directed to there which is just a blank page? I've tried malwarebytes, antispyware, virus scans and nothing works. :( I got rid of my Firefox browser but, now it's doing it on IE. 11. Any help, link etc. would be greatly appreciated! :(

I have my desktop and the wife has a laptop, which we are using along with a Netgear router with protected password. My question is, should this setting be turned to on on both computers?

This problem happens randomly the mouse still moves but clicking on icons or, trying to shutdown using mouse has no response I have to push the power button or push the reset button on the tower to shut down. When it boots back up it;s fine most of the time. Any suggestions are sure welcomed! :(

The DISM cmd. prompt fixes it then I run another sfc scan after reboot and get no errors. Then I pick a random time to run the sfc scan and I have errors again? I saved the text file but, I don't understand all help would be appreciated! Thanks! :(

I plan to perform a fresh clean install of win. 8.1 from my retail disc after, installing a new motherboard and processor. Will the new install format the ssd clean or, will it just store the old OS and all data in a folder? If possible I would like to do the install without all the old system...
