I have a problem guys . .My PC wont proceed to desktop environment, after I turned it on, its all black screen and you will only see the cursor. . Anyway my PC is ACER Aspire E1 471 - 32344G50Mnks, core i3, 500gb HD,Win 8. . Pls Help guys. . is there any technique to do, or maybe hard reset it?. .
