I managed to fix it myself by just unplugging my USB mouse and power adapter, then shutting off my laptop and letting it rest overnight. But hey, thanks for the effort anyways! I was going to try what you suggested until I discovered the problem fixed itself.

Well I successfully Refreshed, the weird glitch seems to be gone. Buttttt... a new problem came up, System keeps hogging up my CPU and my Disk (along with a few other processes), so even though the problem is fixed, my computer is kinda slower than it was originally.

Uninstalling a firewall didn't work, so I think I'm just going to refresh or go back to factory settings since nothing else seems to work.

I system restored because it wouldn't allow me to simply uninstall Comodo, and it's gone after the restore. Actually, whenever I attempt to do a windows update, the window just crashes along with the taskbar and my desktop (or it takes way too long to search for updates before it crashes)...
