Hmm... I've installed the driver manually from device manager by looking for the driver in c:/NVIDIA/nForceWinVista64/15.49/English/SMU. Maybe it's was just the problem with installer, since it's for win vista/7. :)
I'll mark this as solved.

Hi, I just installed Windows 8. I installed display drivers, motherboard drivers, realtek drivers (sound), but in the device manager there's still coprocessor without drivers. I didn't update Win, maybe that's the problem?
