Well, lets say I take 400 pictures and download them into a folder. In that folder I want to change place for most of them, you know I don't want them in the order that I took them with the camera. When I try to rearrange them they fall back to the original place, in other words, I cant move...

I want to make a slideshow. How can I move and rearrange pictures into a new order and freeze it by give them all a new name? This was easily done in windows XP. Does anyone know a way to do this in windows 8?
