Solved My non-working APPS fixed without a Refresh!!
Have 4 computers upgraded to W8, 3 out of them are having this Apps-close issue.... I think it becomes a known issue in Windows 8... Sorry Microsoft... I am giving it up... I uninstalled all Apps, and just use Desktop mode...- goemonate
