I like to use the Alt+f4 key for closing various windows.It used to work fine until suddenly the alt+f4 key just doesnt do anything in the browser window and in folders its opens the preview pane.How do i set it up to close the current window as it was always??? Thanks in advance.

I have disabled zonealarm but still the same problems continue.No improvement in performance either.Anyways i have hardly installed much software and have just a little data which i dont mind even if i lose.So i dont mind formatting it. Thnx for your reply tho.
