Go to tools top right hand corner of IE. Click on "Manage add ons. Click on search. Delete "Delta search".

Just figured it out! When you re-flash your OS, you are still logged into IE on Microsoft's system. So therefore you need to remove from the browser not the OS.

It's a Samsung Laptop. Nothing to do with Bloatware. I downloaded VLC player and it asked me if I wanted to install Delta search I clicked no but now it's on there and I can't get rid of it. Even by resetting to factory default OS.
