Well, not sure how to get to the screen you show, but in the bios setup utility screen, Boot Priority says UEFI first and is blacked out and doesn't give me an option to change it :(

Hi, yes I actually made 2 copies of recovery discs the day after I got the pc(dated them, this is how I know). I just got in the mail 6 Lenovo recovery discs..of course the pc is not responding to them so will call tech support to find out how to change boot options I guess. :) hope this gets...
