    After Windows 8.1 install keyboard has no input

    HP with I5 and 8 gig ram 1GB HD. Came with windows 8 home, upgraded to Win 8.1 preview, then to 8.1. Had all sorts of problems, so I did a reset , destroy all data . Solved all initial problems, and generated another. There is no keyboard input to IE. Mouse does work (MS Trackball)...
