Will they have the File History fixed??? As of 8.0, it is unusable...... it tends to mass duplicate your files in your backup, even if you never touch said files (like your pictures that you never look at........... they get mass duplicated over and over till you run out of backup space).

Same problem here. It seems that Start Screen wants to put at LEAST 2 tiles beside each other when they are in a GROUP. No way to separate them and place them under each other, and have just 1 colum instead of 2. Maybe the Gurus here know of a way?

Take a look at Backup software comparison - SyncBackPro, SyncBackSE and SyncBack freeware at Syncback.... I use it at home for Windows 7 to my external USB.... works great and maybe what you need !

Not to defend or rant on Windows 8, but you CAN use the mouse on a desktop (and START Screen Menu) easily...... just as before. So that point is moot.

We must remember that the basic APPS in Windows 8 are just like the "apps" we get in all Flavors of Windows - Paint, WordPad, Notepad... small but useful utilities that are FREE with the operating sytem. There will be much better APPS soon to come.... some FREE and some $$$$$$$.... but you...
