I am getting the same message. ISP is BT (UK) but I have installed 8.1 on another computer using same broadband. I have uninstalled Norton Internet Security so it is not being blocked there so any help would be welcome.

I cannot send an email with photo attached from within Photo Gallery. I have signed into my account. I can send them from within the photo app. but that does not include any modifications I have made using Photo Gallery. Any advice please. Thanks
