    Try changing your DNS servers. That is what fixed most of the problems I was having. If you can't find where to change them, and the program DNS Jumper works very well.

    If you have anti-virus software installed, make sure you update to the latest version. Also try changing your DNS servers. I had to do both to get my metro apps working, and get them to use my network.
