Although the folders are now removed from the explorer pane, all of the folders still show up in the "save as" or "save" system dialog boxes, when saving a document or file, under "This PC". Adds to the clutter. Did I miss something to remove those? Thanks

Thank you. I somehow missed that on my search.

Just installed 8.1 and the "This PC" section of the navigation pane in file explorer has changed. In addition to listing the disk drives, it now lists six folders. This is very annoying. Anyone figure out how to remove the folders from the drive list? Thanks
