Would a refresh loose my Windows 8.1 and put me back to Windows 8 (I upgraded through the windows store) and remove my paid software (with 1 use product key)?

Still not working after restart :(

I did the DISM command and it said it fixed everything. I restarted Windows and ran the sfc /SCANNOW command and it said: "Windows Resource protection did not find any intergrity violations" The lockscreen slideshow issue remains though :( I will restart again and it might be fixed.

I added another account and the same issue occurs on that account. It must be a system wide issue

Microsoft said the files are fine. I've noticed some of the options from this page are not showing in my PC Settings. Microsoft said my registry may be missing some settings for the lock screen but they said they can't fix it

I asked microsoft, they connected to my computer and got me in a safemode loop. Luckily I sorted the safemode issue but the slideshows not fixed
