It seems that in 8.1 there is now no way to gain owner or admin access to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps, so it is now impossible edit, rename, or delete any of the content of that folder. Anyone know of a another way to kill ads?

Is it possible to rearrange the content of the File Explorer Dropdown Menu? I would like to move rename farther away from delete as I sometimes click too quickly and inadvertently delete files.
