Count me in... I have LANJUE L-300 which I tested on winxp but it's not being recognized on win 8.1 x64 and win7 x32. HELP

1. Remove Update / Reinstall drivers. 2. Try another keyboard to see if that works?

Problem resolved after chaning PSU.

No I didn't try safe mode co'z sometimes even the doesn't detect hard drive. So I thought it could be power issue.

Hi, (please check my system specs below) I have this Seagate 1tb hard which I bought in May (Still under warranty) which gave up booting windows 3 days ago when I got home. I restarted the pc 3 , 4 times and it was able to load windows 8.1 x64.. but eventually everything stops like computer...

3 short beeps = vga issue, continuous long beeps = Ram issue

The problem was back this morning...... I disabled faster start up and it went away... I think somehow windows fails to load rear usb ports drivers in fast startup (sometimes) if you google this you will find many people with this issue... I don't know if it's a bug in windows 8 for old mobos ...

Tried the setting you suggested , lets wait and see what happens in few days.... about mouse keyboard power management tabs - the checkboxes are greyed out ... I think it's because of the first setting I changed... Thanks

And it happens only when I boot the computer up and find that neither my keyboard or mouse are working then I plug them into front (2) avaialable usb ports and they work fine.... And then If I try to uninstall universal bus controllers by device manager then my keyboard + mouse stops working...
