    Screen Resolution - RegEdit

I have tried that already. It only adds the resolution 1024x768. If it helps, I am running a pretty clean Windows Release Preview 64 bit.

    Screen Resolution - RegEdit

I just installed Windows RP on my Asus 1015 PX Netbook. I have heard of programs for Windows 7 that allow you to raise the resolution to 1152x864, but I have been unable to find one for Windows 8. I was wondering if there was a way to raise the screen resolution in the registry.

    Internet Constantly Disconnecting

Bonjour, I have a computer in my basement that I use to run multiplayer game servers. Recently, it began losing internet connection randomly. After a restart, it would work for about 10-15 minutes, and then crash again. I am accessing it using Remote Desktop Connection, so it is tough to keep...

Windows 8 consumer preview (Beta) installation screenshots leaked

Oh, I just went right ahead and wiped Windows 7 right off my netbook. Love Windows 8. Just wondering if it will be easy upgrading from Developer Preview up to Consumer Preview. Never done this before.

Okay, I still need more information about your problem. Do they outright not work? Do you have a version number? Have you checked Windows Update?

Install Windows 8 Consumer Preview without a DVD

Alright, it's pretty simple to do. I had to do it with my Asus netbook. First, you download the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool, and install it (Link at the bottom). Then, you download the desired Windows 8 .iso file. Then, you run the Download Tool, select the .iso file, insert a thumbdrive...

Solved Upgrading from 32-bit Windows 8 to 64-bit Windows 8

OK. I was just thinking about upgrading it so that, since Microsoft is hoping to phase out 32-bit systems by 2015, my computer would still be good, since I'm hoping to give it to someone. That's fine though; as soon as Windows 8 actually comes out, I'm probably going to to a clean install anyway.

Solved Upgrading from 32-bit Windows 8 to 64-bit Windows 8

Bonjour, I have an Asus Eee PC 1015PX running 32-bit Windows 8. I recently discovered it had the capability to run 64-bit Windows 8! I jumped at the thought of this. However, I would need to move my entire registry as well as my programs over. I may try a dual-boot to start, so I am wondering...
