Looks like the drive may be bad. I suggest to run SeaTools to confirm.

If the drive is indeed bad, replace the drive but don't get rid of the drive yet. You can still use the drive afterwards to retrieve your data.

Please do the following for a clean install of the drivers.
Open the Run box (press Windows key + r)
Enter devmgmt.msc
Right click the Dell WiFi device and choose Uninstall Device
If the option is present, check Delete the driver software for this device.
Do the same for the Nvidia display...

In the list of drivers you updated, are the Nvidia GPU and Dell wifi drivers in it?

It is a different issue yes, but have a look at your system restore settings as that can swallow space in no time.
If the system restore settings are fine, I suggest downloading WinDirStat which provides insight into the disk usage.
I know that when a battery is failing it can cause all sorts of issues, before I replaced the battery of my laptop it could easily shutdown the system at around 80%.
There are dozens of reports on the internet about replacing or pulling the battery/batteries somehow resolving various of issues...
The best is to wait for a BSOD. I could probably provide tons of suggestions if you provide a new zip, but many of them (if not all) won't even be closely related to your problem.

The log shows that the reason for the boot issue is because of a BSOD crash, 0x5A which says a critical service failed to load.
Unfortunately, you rarely can just copy and paste drivers from one device to Windows, because there are some things that need to match to make sure it is 'compatible'...
Yes, it should. It is to prevent boot issues like yours, strange to hear it's not the case with your pc.
Do you have a spare pc which you can use to test if the USB is bootable?
