I have the Edge update and I don't have Edge. I turned off the MS Explorer (uninstalled/deactivated) and searched for updates and it's still there.

I haven't installed and there is not a VPN installed, but in my Windows firewall it shows passthrough for CheckPoint.VPN and f5.vpn.client.

I uninstalled Spybot in my wife's Win 8.1 computer.

I did have nst-26-9267.86_ in my downloads and it wasn't showing the .iso. I think when I downloaded it i may have double clicked on it, thinking it was a program install. I don't remember anything asking to mount it though. Thank you so much for the help.
I was looking in Disk Management and It is showing a G: and it is showing it as CD-ROM 1, DVD, 3.23GB. It says it is nst-26-9267.86_. I don't know where it came from or how it got there. Should I format the G: drive?

The drive was set to "Offline" in storage Spaces and nothing seems to work to get it back "Online"
