#4 worked for me. Had a hard time finding fix on this one getting anywhere on the web. Hassle to have create an account but whatever, it works. SFC did not fix, but the reg merge did the job. Don't know what caused the issue, now wonder if any thing else got hacked anywhere besides recycle...
