Having problems downloading the updated version (Nov 18) using the Macrium Download Agent. Anyone else having a similar issue?

The July's monthly quality rollup (KB4025336) failed to install IE 11 cumulative security update (KB4025252) first go-around; even though Windows Update history indicates KB4025336 as successfully installed. Second go-around was successful. This might have been an isolated incident, however...
Ah, I think it's because it depends on where you download the latest version.
If you manually download it from Adobe website it will show 220.127.116.11 and if it's the embedded Flash Player through Windows Update it will show 18.104.22.168. Guess both download methods and versions works.

Program crash when retention rules deletes several hundred split files
A program error could occur when several hundred split image files are deleted during retention...
It's just a Windows Defender malware component patch released by MS to improve functionality. If you installed this past month's Security Monthly Quality Rollup (KB4019215), which supersedes KB3038936, you can just hide it.
Where did you get the copy of W8.1? Is it retail or an OEM product key?
I would try doing another clean install of W8.1 and go straight to manually downloading and installing the above mentioned updates then check for updates again.
Make sure you download and install the right KB3172614 based on your architecture (i.e. 32 or 64-bit). Again, make sure KB3173424 (prerequisite) is installed prior to installing KB3172614.
32-bit: Download the package now.
64-bit: Download the package now.
You have to update to the latest Windows update client by manually installing KB3172614 via Microsoft Update Catalog after doing a clean install. If not, you won't be able to connect to MS update service. Also, check for to see if a KB3173424 (prerequisite) ,which is the latest servicing stack...
It sounds like you initially installed the trial version and reverted to the free version when the trial ended.
Try doing a fresh install by uninstalling via control panel then download the free version.

Yeah, most unfortunate. That's why I don't bother installing the Monthly Preview Rollups, which by the way is an optional update, that comes out on the 3rd Tuesday of every month.
Hopefully they have a fix when the next Monthly Rollups come out on April's Patch Tuesday, or better yet sooner...
This may be a bug in the above mentioned update (KB4012219) as it pertains to Windows Defender task bar notification icon.
