    Yes, thanks for this Enigma. Actually, I have already contacted Microsoft about this and they won't activate another copy. They say my problem should be resolved by Lenovo. Lenovo say my problem should be resolved by Microsoft. In the meantime, I'm left with a machine that is not fit for purpose...
