Just thought I'd drop back in to say all is well - well, as well as it is on average for everyone else post-upgrade.
My 8.1 must have been genuine because I upgraded and am now having all the character-building experiences of other upgraders.

I'm sure this is pointed up somewhere else but it probably doesn't hurt in the retelling for any upgrading from Windows 8 to 10.

Windows Edition
Windows 8.1
Then (c) Microsoft Corporation etc
It doesn't say anything else about the version - just Windows 8.1
