@Night Hawk, Its not only about the Start menu, the metro forced upon the user and the 3rd party start menu alternatives doesn't allow to right click and pin the documents in them.
I anyhow don't use WMP ever for playback, for audios I use Foobar2000 (Global Customizable Hotkeys) and for videos...
Downloading from MS pages is not helping, I think it needs to be downloaded and installed internally, I was able to download and install internally or automatic mode going to my friend's house and now most of my programs work but still need a solution for external download
Can I download and install .net framework 3.5.1 externally which is required by some programs to run in windows 8, the problem is I'm not able to download it internally because I've a really slow connection.

Increasing the System Reserved Partition has solved the problem, I made it as 650MB and all my partitions are primary and I've successfully installed Win 8 Developer Preview Version
