Solved Missing Wifi Driver

Hi all
I had a crash with my windows So i formatted my drive and clean installed win 8.1. when I tried to install my wifi driver it wouldd not install so i went to Dell to download the driver they gave me the wrong driver te driver I need is a proset intel 8260-7265-3165-7260-Wifi-Driver_3FJFP-WIN_20.10.1.1190_A24.EXE.nnuz dell offer a 8265 bluetooth which will not work I went to intel and they told me to access the driver I need to be registered so Itried and I could not register so I need help from someone please I definatley need the nnuz file again the driver required is ( intel 8260-7265-3165-7260-Wifi-Driver_3FJFP-WIN_20.10.1.1190_A24.EXE.nnuz) thank you

Hi thank you Teeotsa that is the right driver it worked fine I have made a copy seperate from my drivers disk(usb) I did how ever put the driver discription into dell but never got that response Thank you I can close this post after your help.

I've installed Windows 8.1 on several Dell laptops, and never had any problem with 8.1 installing the correct driver so that the built in WiFi worked perfectly.
Windows 8.1 is just great about installing working drivers for various hardware.

Wow, lucky you I guess. Windows 8.1 has never installed the correct drivers for me.

If it's not obvious, then at least possible, that you don't get your Windows 8.1 ISO from the same source where I get mine.
Everything I download is "New and Improved" so to speak. It will contain the very latest driver pack, similar to Win-10, and security upgrades.

Ever consider changing your OS source?
