New VLC update issues?

So when you right click on 1 or more media files, the option to have them played on a playlist through VLC was always there. Now after the latest update to VLC, 3.0.14, that option is somehow gone. Is there a way to bring this back?

Also, if you were to fast forward with your direction pad on your keypad, what you're watching would go really fast seamlessly; but now, it pauses during all that.
Is it me or is this update bad? Has anyone experienced similar or altogether different issues with the latest VLC, or issues nonetheless?

I suggest you reinstall VLC 3.0.14 and choose the custom advanced install, making sure that the box for 'context menus' is ticked.

That worked! Thanks!

But there is this issue where when I hold the arrows down and seek through a video, it stalls. And tries to catch up. Any ideas?

You could try increasing the cache. Disabling hardware acceleration may help too. More here.....
