Daily system CPU usage being used at 18%-20% ntoskrnl to blame?

So I have done a fresh install of 8.1 a few months back on a new SSD, thing is that at times the CPU will jump to 18%-20% and be like that for awhile. When it does go away it will usually not happen for a few days if a week but sometime it will happen twice a day. I thought at first it was a virtual memory issue but that may no be the cause. It all points to ntoskrnl. So I have done tests and everything, could it just be a bad driver or something?

This is still happening to me randomly, Essentially on process explorer the faulting issue is, ntoskrnl.exeobdereferenceobjectdeferdeletewithtag+0x5c.
