Windows unable to update - help

Guys pls help me with this. First of first, sorry for bad English. I have some old pc with 8.1 x64 pro on him. Its on Slovenian language and I somehow maneged to change it to English. I have tried everything, today i ran sfc scan and i think its best to upload it here so u can help me.

I tried with dism iso, with regedit, with troubleshooter, tried with scripts, gpedit, scan it with malwarebytes, antivirusies. I dont no what else to do. Today i ran dism scanhealth and it says its repairable, i tried sfc / scannow and everything. I tried to install updates manually but with no success. Now i tried update troubleshooter and it stuck on stopping bits, this is the first time its stopped there. I tried to manually repair windows update but had some issues with renaming Software Distribution, after that I user takeown /f and did it somehow but in the end it didnt even matter. Im trying to upload cbs log but have some issues with allowed extension. I dont have install cd for 8.1.

I am sorry for posting like this but i dont know what to do with this pc anymore but i really need it.

Ok, here it is. Meanwhile i run troubleshooter again and get message that some windows update components need to be repaired, after that i tried to manually install update KB3118401 and got 0x8024001e error.

Have you run the Windows Update repair batch script (attached) from an Administrative Command Prompt? I have found that it often has to be run twice. You mentioned that you ran DISM, but did you run it with the RestoreHealth option?
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
I know how frustrating Windows Update issues can be. Given what you have already tried, I doubt that thes suggestions will solve your problem, but it can't hurt to try. Good luck!
