Solved Oldy needs help

I have just had Windows 8.1 rammed down my throat, can some body tell me in kindegarten language, how to find my address book in my email page?

Come on I know it might be a dumb question, but my 79 year old brain needs some help.

Hello John,

If you mean for the "Mail" app included in Windows 8.1, then you can click/tap on "To" while creating a new email to access your contacts in the "People" app.

Thanks Brink, actually I found my way just before I got your reply. I clicked people, then clicked browse contacts, and got every person and company I have been in touch with over the last 20 years. This modern world is testing my brain box to the limit.
