PC won't boot black screen no beeps no post. Did this when I plugged in a TV tuner card, Removed it now the problem persists. Removed and reinserted CMOS battery still the same. Removed RAM and video card no beeps. Any suggestions?
Here are the specs. It's an older system. Did I fry the Board or PSU?
