Solved Macrium rescue media creation on USB3?

Can't create bootable USB3 stick,while loading,it states that,no bootable device was found and i have to reboot to my main drive.
It's the first time that i am trying to create the rescue media on an USB3.0 stick,all my USB 2.0 are working just fine.Tried while on FAT32 and NTFS,changed WinPE version,doesn't boot up.Am i missing something?

Size of USB?? 4GB
USB set as active?? use Diskpart to set partition as active

It's a 64GB Kingston and set as active,no go.

UEFI PC's boot from Fat32 Format partition - Fat32 has 32GB size limit.
Thus it would appear that your USB is NOT of the correct Format

Seems like i am booting in legacy mode,although the stick was formatted in FAT32,i changed it to NTFS,ran the whole procedure again to no avail.

go figure!plugged in a USB2.0 port,the USB3.0 stick works flawless!Didn't see that coming!Sorry for any inconvenience,thanks for the support,marking as solved
