SFC Scannow on hype

Interesting phenomena to throw out here and see if anyone has an explanation.

I am more than satisfied with how my computer runs. No virus No unexpected problems. I have a Technet Windows 8 pro , 64Bit, installed. I was following a thread on this site, regarding using SFC scannow. I have never had a reason, after all these years, to feel a need to run it, but, just for kicks, I did so. To my surprise, it came uip with quite a number of file repair items.
As I havnmt done anything out of the ordinary with this installation, I was a bit mystified.
So, I reinstalled the OS on another partition. Without touching the OS, I ran SFC again. Once again, it came up with similar errors.
I had a look at the CBS.log, and all the errors related to Metro store programs. Here is a small cut from the log

Any ideas?

I did the same with my previous windows versions (on xp, vista and 7 there was no problem), and I also concluded that windows 8 was saying that there was a problem with some stuff in the sfc scannow procedure. I re-installed windows 8 some times and it keeps showing a message like that. I don't have any other issues with windows 8 and i didn't checked the log you showed. I think it's a general bug in windows.
