Solved Preventing Windows 8 from powering PC with the click/move of the mouse

Title pretty says it all, is there a way to prevent Windows 8 from powering up the PC with the move/click of the mouse/keyboard?

If the PC is off and not in sleep or hibernate, that's a BIOS setting not a Windows setting.
If the PC is off Windows isn't running so it can't turn itself on. ;)

The tutorial below can help show you how to prevent your keyboard and mouse from being able to wake up the computer. However, it may make it a bit of a challenge to wake up the computer if the case power button doesn't do it for you.
