Sudden Slow Boot

Hello, I've recently got a new SSD (Samsung 840 Evo 500GB) which is faster then my previous one. So i Moved all the files from the old SSD to the new one and removed the old one. After a few day i started to notice my pc started to boot slower maybe like 1/10. after another week it was 50/50 and now every time i boot up my computer it boots slower. With the old SSD it was about 15 sec now its about 1min 20sec. I know it's not a dramatic change but it's kinda annoying. I haven't installed any programs and the SSD 215GB free storage. My Motherboard is a bit older might that be the problem?

oh boy this is old, have you resolved the issue?

try HDTUNE to see your harddrive speed and check for errors..

lets see if its hardware issue or software, has windows done any updates at that time?
