SFC /Scannow found error, but HDD issue too

So I have my 8.1 Pro 64-bit system and I was doing my standard sfc /scannow and it found some errors:

It says it found some corrupt files, but could not fix them. It was put in to the log.

From my past I remembered this happened to a Win7 system (friends) and it ended up also being an issue with the drive so I went to look at the drive and sure enough there are problems with the drive. Weak sectors, but reading the error it seems that it is fixable (meaning pluck info and move it I guess). Using HD Sentinel. I don't remember what I did back then

So should I keep running the sfc /scannow or go after the drive first and then sfc /scannow? Or what should I do?

Adding: I want to be careful here as this drive does have the operating system on it.
Anyone?
