Disk Cleanup: Stuck Problem in Setup Log Files

Hello, I read that to maintain high performance of your computer, you should do a regular cleanup. Yesterday, I tried doing that and it says that I may be able to clean 2.xx GB of space. However, while cleaning up, it stopped 1/8 way, specifically on the "Setup Log Files" step. I left the computer on for approximately 12 hours, but it was still there. How can I fix this problem? Note, I was using other application while this happens, but I think it doesn't really affect the Disk Cleanup performance (Task Manager showed that it was using only a small percentage of my memory).

Furthermore, is it okay to delete all the deletable files in Disk Cleanup?

Absolutely it is ok to delete what can be deleted. Perhaps try that cleanup in Safe Mode; while Windows is working, it opens and keeps open several log files.
