I noticed a positve difference in performance after applying HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
DisableTaskOffload=0
But i want to make sure theres no settings in the network cards advanced properties that are a conflict with the setting or a setting that improves and also that there isnt settings of the same that i mentioned in the admin cmd netsh int tcp show global.

What im trying to do is make sure im getting the max benefit from disabletaskoffload =0 setting

The default value for that setting is zero. This can be overridden by adding the registry value and setting it to 1, primarily for troubleshooting purposes. Setting the registry value to 0 doesn't really change anything.
