I had my HDD going up to 100 percent and this error showing up like one month ago and it pretty happened randomly but after I did the cmd which checks the windows files or something, I can't remember which one it was, the issue stopped happening and it only started happening whenever I played games.
It pissed me off cause I can't play games now without that issue making me freeze up for like two minutes and I tried this

It fixed the problem for me yesterday, I haven't had any damn freezing BUT JUST FOR YESTERDAY, this morning I played Fifa and it happened again, I'm not sure what to do as I have tried most of what I found, its really weird that it didn't happen yday at all though.
Specs :
Intel i3 4150 3.5 ghz
GTX 960 2 GB
8 GB Ram
Windows 8 64 bits
It seems to be a window 8 issue but idk I'm not really sure oh and I got a new SATA cable to see if it my cable was the issue but its not.
I just ****ing did a fresh install of Windows 8 and its still there, I don't know what to do...
