sfc /scannow found problems but couldn't fix them

    Hello,
I ran sfc /scannow on my computer (windows 8.1 x64) and it said it found some errors but couldn't fix them.
I checked the CBS.log and in the summary it said
    Code:
    CSI Payload Corrupt amd64_prncacla.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.17415_none_95dd5540d57f8c01\Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB
So I ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and it ended up with Error: 0x800f0906.
I checked the DISM log and here are all the errors:
    Code:
2016-06-27 15:29:33, Error DISM DismHostLib: Failed to create dismhost.exe servicing process.

What do I need to do to fix my issues?
    Thanks!
