EDIT:
After more than one week of researching I found the main Problem: Intel Rapid Storage Technology. At least I disable it in Services and at Startup and now system boots quite Normal and no problems with Bluetooth Mouse.
Before it was taking about 5 (long) Minutes to fully boot. During this time system did not respond, I could not even open a Command Prompt window.
I believe the problem is related to a combination of the Mouse Pad Drivers / Bluetooth / IRST.

I still have a performance degradation that I can see in Mem Performance Test (WinSAT mem) which sometimes I get 24GB/s but most of time I get 16GB/s. I can not explain this, seems something is slowing down performance. Test conditions are the same and there is no other Software running other the OS files.

Hi,
Sorry for my poor english.

My Laptop, Lenovo Z710, is since around February / March 2016 beeing too slow on Booting, taking several minutes to fully boot.
So slow, that I am spending a huge time on de-install /install/Rebooting.

I see in Task Manager a usage of HDD of 100% and around 6MB/s speed which is very slow. Normally tests says around 80MB/s speed.
Also the Bluetooth Mouse (MS) takes a long time untill is available. Also , after awhile it disconnects.
I deleted Graphic, Sound, WiFi, LAN, Bluetooth and other Drivers but did not help.

The very surprising is, that if I shout down and remove memory Modules and place them again, the first Boot is fine, just quick and Bluetooth Mouse is at Log-In already available otherwise only after long time it becomes available.
I bought a new Memory Module and was trying it with alternativly with each other old modul.

The PC is exactly 2 years old and HDD is less than 2 years Old.
I doubt very much there is a Hardware problem altought it feels lie that.
