DLL errors + The application was unable to start correctly

I opened my pc, many messages error show up



One of them :





All the programs in my pc are now without their icons, I can't open any program



I tried to fix dll files with CCleaner but I can't open it says you need to reinstall and when I try to reinstall it says same error



so then tried to download dll files fixer, I discovered also I cant download anything it gives me error :











there is many error in files show up like wlsetup-web.exe system error but I can't upload all screenshots its very hard because I can't open the photos itself

Please tell us you have a recent restorable backup of your data partition. If the SRP does not work, you might be in for a total reinstall of the OS.
