C Filling Up, Office Not Working, PC extremely slow

Im on an Asus T100. I know it has limited resources and capabilities but all i want from it is office, internet browsing, and PDF. It was great when i first bought it but slowly its performance started weakening, so i decided to refresh.

    After refreshing:
    - C keeps filling up all the way until there is just 20 mb left. If i restart most of its capacity will return (not all of it) but it will start losing storage again.

    - Performance is horrible, even when i open a single window

    - Microsoft Office won't work anymore. I've tried solutions on the internet and by Microsoft, but they either don't work or can't work because C doesn't have enough space

    - I run Windirstat but to no avail. I can't find anything to delete, except windows updates, but when I delete them itupdates again and we're back to step one.

It has turned from a laptop I absolutely admired and loved, to a completely horrible one.

There's no information about the Notebook/Laptop in you System Specs so it's hard to determine what kind of performance you should get. I'd suspect an infection of some type is at play and may be difficult to remove when performance is bad.

As a working Computer Tech, I get that same story, or some version of it, at least once a week.
Computers that get NO Maintenance, will eventually load up with crap and die.
Windows itself is a horrible housekeeper!

The solution is NOT an easy fix, but a multi-faceted one.
First I disable Hibernation, and that gets rid of that HUGE Hyberfil.sys file in the root directory.
Then I install "Temp File Cleaner" in the startup folder, so that it runs and cleans out all temp files on every boot-up.

Then I shut down all the programs starting up on Boot, that don't absolutely HAVE to be starting at Boot-up.

Then I shut down all the redundant Services that don't need to be running all the time.

Then I install and run "WinUtils" to remove all junk files and clean the registry.

Then I install and run "Revo Uninstaller" to get rid of all those 'PUP's' and unused programs that may have crept into the HD, or that came with the computer and are never used.

Then I perform several 'proprietary' registry tweaks to greatly increase computing efficiency.

When I get done, my customer will say something like, "WOW! It didn't run that fast when it was New!".
All I can say is "yeah, I know". I've spent 36 years perfecting my ability to clean up and speed up a PC.
    It's what I do.

Finally, Install and run "Super Anti-Spyware", which I've seen remove as many as 14,000 tracking cookies, on just one PC.

    Good Luck!

What was this part? that's not a utility right but an assortment of utilities?

Then I install and run "WinUtils" to remove all junk files and clean the registry.

    Wow, ima do this.

The problem is I've installed windows from zero once again, but the problem still persists! I really don't understand.

Also, how can Revo help? I use Revo to uninstall softwares, other than that how can it help?

Interestingly I also have a huge hibernation file, but i don't have hibernation option, although I actually like hibernation. Deleting hibernation.fil is only a temporary solution. Something is filling up the space that goes away when i shut down the computer.

And, why don't i have the same problem on our PC or father's laptop?
