No I haven't tried that at all because it mentions that you have to insert Windows setup media (mounted ISO, etc) which I do not have.

Do these instructions also work for Windows 10 because since posting I have tried to go back to Windows 10 and initially it said it couldn't find any integrity violations, but now says it found corrupt files and some of them it cannot fix and also I don't understand how this could be because I haven't changed anything in the system since I upgraded and the first initial sfc scan came up good?

Ok so I just downloaded your tool and ran options 1-3 and then 8. Initially on the dism command it said something about couldn't find source files so went to option 3 and apparently it found my source and then said repaired, but then option 8 and said found corruption, but successfully repaired. How can I get back to good message of it not finding any integrity violations? Btw here is my text file that got saved to my desktop from running your program.

It appears you have a Nvadia Video Card

Repairing corrupted file [l:23 ml:24]"\??\C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64"\[l:10]"opencl.dll" from store

this is the Known and Common Issue you are having...
That > opencl.dll < is a known issue all through the windows 10 forum...

NV over-writes the MS file and SFC re-writes the MS file..
Your video card needs the NV file - so SFC will always report that MV file as corrupt - until MS and NV get on the same page

And yes, image_health works on windows 10 with windows 10 media

Well so far so good. Ran sfc /scannow with regular command prompt (administrator mode) normally and in safe mode and both times got that it couldn't find any integrity violations. I don't have a Nvidia card, though - I have an Intel one. Do you think it's safe now to go ahead and load the rest of the programs I want to put on my computer now? I just made a restore point btw. Thanks for your help btw.
